Work on the benchtop for my unimog camper. It is seriously the most rigid bench I have felt. Like the way it has turned out. Will do future video on tapping threads - but deff recommend gun taps, they are a game changer especially if threading into difficult materials like stainless. I cannot vouch for the quality of steel used on these taps, but have had a decent look to find ones that look reasonable for the price. Please let me know if you buy some and find them lacking in quality To find a suitable drill, for metric sizes subtract the pitch from the diameter so for example if you have an M6x1.0 tap then 6-1.0=5 so a 5mm drill. This will give you the recommended 75% threadform. If imperial, then you'll need a chart. https://s.click.aliexpress.com/e/_dZrpFt5 These are cheaper and sold as a kit, steel may be poorer quality https://s.click.aliexpress.com/e/_BfhEm8Qb Ebay set made in USA https://rover.ebay.com/rover/1/711-53200-19255-0/1?mpre=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.ebay.com%2Fitm%2FNorseman-18-pc-Dill-Tap-Set-Spiral-Point-NC-w-Index-MADE-IN-USA-SP-18TD%2F131815653405%3Fhash%3Ditem1eb0d3401d%3Ag%3A5c4AAOSwdV1XONNF&campid=5338671128&toolid=10001&customid= Amazon set - made in USA https://amzn.to/32twFW0 Amazon - single tap - Imperial https://amzn.to/2FyBJj0 Song: Jarico - Island (Vlog No Copyright Music) Music promoted by Vlog No Copyright Music.
